How does billing work?
Shopify bills you for QuoteLoop on your regular Shopify invoice. There's no card to enter in the app.
Do I pay during the trial?
No. The 14-day free trial starts when you approve the plan, and billing starts after it. Uninstalling during the trial costs nothing. Reinstalling doesn't start a new trial.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in the app under Settings › Plan.
What happens if I cancel?
The quote button stops making new quotes. Quotes you've already sent keep working: their links, PDFs and Accept & checkout. If you uninstall, your data is deleted 48 hours later, as described in our privacy policy.
Where can I find my invoices?
In your Shopify admin under Settings › Billing.
