Will the quote match what the customer pays at checkout?

Yes. QuoteLoop asks Shopify to price the cart the same way checkout does: your prices, automatic discounts, discount codes and tax for the buyer's address, in their currency. Shipping isn't known until checkout, so the quote says so instead of guessing.

Does it work with my theme?

QuoteLoop works with Online Store 2.0 themes such as Dawn and most themes from the Shopify Theme Store. It places a button under your checkout button automatically, and there's a block for anywhere else. Your theme code is never edited.

Can I make quotes myself, for phone or email enquiries?

Yes. Create a quote in the admin with the product picker, set your own prices or discounts, and email it to the customer.

What happens to my customers' details?

They're stored securely and used only for your quotes. Two years after a quote expires, the customer's personal details are erased automatically. See our privacy policy.

Do I pay during the trial?

No. Billing starts after 14 days, on your Shopify invoice. Uninstall during the trial and you pay nothing.
